As a member of the Corporate and Investment Banking Marketing Analytics and Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative, AI-powered solutions that promote business growth and career advancement. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic and forward-thinking team focused on measuring and amplifying the impact of global marketing initiatives. In this foundational position, you will lead the technical execution of data engineering and analytics projects—building intelligent data tools, uncovering actionable insights, and spearheading revenue optimization through advanced data science and machine learning methodologies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with global stakeholders to support and coordinate marketing programs, automating processes and delivering tailored, data-driven information to empower marketers.
  • Aggregate and harmonize data from multiple sources to create meaningful perspectives, measuring engagement and effectiveness of marketing deliverables.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting by identifying golden sources and owning business rules for integrating disparate data sets.
  • Design, develop, and maintain campaign performance and market sizing dashboards using modern visualization tools and custom solutions.
  • Drive the next generation of reporting automation, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance analytics capabilities and predictive insights.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience, ideally with digital marketing data and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Google Console, Salesforce).
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and quantitative analytics, including building predictive models and deploying AI solutions for business impact.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience manipulating large and complex databases, developing quantitative models, and solving business problems using data automation and ETL tools, preferably Python and SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; graduate degree in a technical field (Information Systems, Database Management, Computer Science, Data Science) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and translate metric performance into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in visual analytics, preferably utilizing advanced, AI-driven platforms such as Databricks Genie, ThoughtSpot, and other AI/BI tools, or industry-standard solutions such as Power BI/Tableau.
