As a Treasury Operations Payments Vice President within Chase, you will have the responsibility for ensuring that the Operations and Payments activities are carried out on a daily basis in line with JPMC and line of business policies and procedures. The VP will need to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payment transactions by the Treasury Ops Payments team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems and supporting our commitment to high standards. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance operational processes.
Job Responsibilities
Work on building new processes as diverse products are added on an on-going basis.
Work on creating SMEs within the team to eliminate the risk of key man dependencies.
Hiring, training new and existing employees
Planning, assigning and directing work
Performance management and feedback
Addressing employee performance and corrective action plans
Maintain a secure an efficient work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
Manage relationships with key stakeholders
