As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV within Payments Operations, you will ensure the accurate, timely, and secure transfer of funds across a wide range of products and counterparties. You will execute high-volume payment processing, including validating global currency fund transfers and following established procedures to maintain operational excellence. You will process payments for cash, trade, merchant, and commercial card transactions, as well as customer accounts, while performing research, sanctions and fraud reviews, fund controls, and client investigations. You will identify, resolve, or escalate operational and procedural issues, upholding compliance, risk, and control standards throughout the payment lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-location teams and clients to maintain strong relationships and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. You will detect and escalate potential fraudulent activity to help protect the firm from financial and reputational risk. You will contribute to process optimization initiatives that reduce inefficiencies, improve quality, and enhance the customer experience. You will coach, train, and mentor team members to support high standards of productivity, quality, and service. You will interface with other operations groups to research and resolve inquiries, including complex or escalated matters. You will continuously build skills in innovation, market and product knowledge, and artificial intelligence to identify and implement improvements to payment lifecycle processes.
