As a Payment Lifecycle Associate I within Payments Operations, you will enhance our payment operations framework by streamlining processes, implementing new technologies, and developing operational functions, while managing payment processing across various products to ensure smooth fund transfers and reconcile purchase and sales options, futures, or securities. Leveraging your proficiency in automation, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud awareness, you will ensure the security and efficiency of our payment lifecycle. Your ability to manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and handle conflicts will drive mutually beneficial outcomes, while your strategic planning skills will guide our direction and resource allocation decisions. Additionally, your proficiency in AI/ML will be utilized to solve complex problems and enhance processes, applying your knowledge in market product and process improvement to optimize our operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • You will define and analyze business flows related to the delivery of TS payment services, while contributing to test and project plans.
  • Manage day-to-day processing and operational activities within the required timelines.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality is maintained through adequate training and analysis. Ensure adequate operational performance measured through key indicators, data analytics, reporting and other operational controls
  • End-to-end ownership of operational support for products in scope of the unit, including issue management, escalations and engagement with internal business partners to trouble shoot issues and define remediation
  • Close interaction with Client Service teams to ensure proper client experience and hand-offs between Service and Operations
  • Partnering with internal departments and stakeholders to scale operating model for new products growth as business initiatives attracts new clients and/or growth of existing client base
  • Maintain strong discipline to onboard new activities into the unit in partnership with multiple project and control groups ensuring proper operational readiness for go live
  • Develop subject matter expertise of new products, business processes and application flows to proper management changes, issues and other support needs
  • Manage and drive cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring outcomes meet defined scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk requirements.
  • Own end-to-end planning, governance, stakeholder management, and execution discipline across hybrid delivery models.
  • Establish and maintain delivery framework, including integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and governance cadence. The role drives day-to-day execution, coordinates across functions and vendors as applicable, and ensures workstreams remain aligned to scope and priorities.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • 10 years of experience in managing Payments, Cash, Treasury Operation dealing with operational process, controls and problem solving.
  • Global experience in payments with good understanding of accounting and money move processes.
  • Knowledge and Experience in SWIFT is a must.
  • Experience and strong working knowledge of various aspects of cash operations and payments
  • Strong organizational skills and operational knowledge. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills
  • Experience in process re-engineering, project management, problem solving, effective communication, and subject matter knowledge
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with standard project tooling and reporting expectations is required.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Manage projects independently with a proactive and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MSc, MCom, MCA) preferred
  • Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other advanced skills preferred).
