As a Vice President in Payments Legal for Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), you will support the CCB Payments Legal team, with primary support for CCB’s Digital Assets business and additional support for our team’s legal support of Banking Payments, Wallets, Open Banking, and Consortia Investments. As a lawyer on this team, you will assist in supporting products across these coverage areas: providing product counsel, legal counseling regarding strategy and business decisions, conducting content reviews for customer-facing material, guidance on data use, monitoring and engaging in advocacy regarding emerging laws and regulations, and updating agreements and terms and conditions. You will join a team of lawyers and legal professionals who combine deep payments expertise with knowledge of emerging technologies.
