Responsible of conducting the business of the particular function in a way that the operations run smoothly, with good quality, in line with the agreed standards & goals and with risk management awareness. They contribute to the definition of new products/standards and implement them in the respective function and initiate the optimization of services/processes.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Payments Investigations with internal parties, such as Front Colleagues, Compliance and external parties, such as international branches and our Correspondent banks via telephone, email and SWIFT

• Documenting and solving cases in the internal case management application in line with the regulatory requirements

• Analysing and processing open cash positions (reconciliation)

• Preparing and processing internal reversals

• First level filtering: Real-time sanction hit handling of false positive matches with escalation of full and close matches to second level Compliance

YOUR PROFILE

• Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA and SIC payments processing and ISO20022 messages

• Seeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvements

• Strong team-player with can-do attitude

• Solution oriented and intrinsically motivated to deliver a tailor-made service for our clients

• High attention to detail combined with proven problem-solving skills

• Flexible, reliable and resilient personality

• Sound risk awareness

• Open to continuously learn and develop new skills

• Fluent in English and German
