Job Description

You will play a key role as a Payments & Fraud Shift Leader, supporting day‑to‑day operations within the payments function.

The Wow

The function of the Payments and Fraud Shift Leader is to handle contacts related to payments queries raised by customers or any internal or external parties. The aim is to provide an outstanding customer service experience by putting the customer first in every action and facilitate internal communication, as well as offer guidance to payments analysts.

A taster of what you will be involved with

  • Lead shift operations by allocating and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth workflow
  • Act as main point of contact for payment and fraud-related queries (internal teams and third-party providers)
  • Take ownership of incidents during the shift, resolving issues quickly to minimize customer impact and workload
  • Handle escalations from Customer Support and ensure timely resolution across channels (chat, email, IM)
  • Monitor trends and system issues, escalating recurring problems and ensuring proper follow-up to reduce downtime
  • Process internal crediting requests accurately and efficiently

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in customer support ((face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc)
  • Prior experience in the iGaming sector or payments/finance is highly valued
  • Open to work in shift schedules.
