
As an Executive Director within the Structured Working Capital Sales team, you will lead the origination, sales, structuring, and execution of asset-backed and working capital solutions for corporate, financial institution, and fintech clients. Partnering with senior executives, you will deliver tailored financing solutions across receivables finance, inventory finance, warehouse lending, borrowing base facilities, and other structured products to optimize clients' liquidity and working capital objectives.
You will drive regional business growth by developing strategic client relationships, originating new opportunities, and leading transactions from ideation through execution. Leveraging deep structured finance expertise, you will ensure disciplined growth while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and governance.
Working closely with Corporate Banking, Trade Sales, Payments, Investment Banking, Markets, Credit Risk, Legal, and Operations, you will serve as the lead advisor on complex transactions, delivering innovative solutions that strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
