Working closely with Corporate Banking, Trade Sales, Payments, Investment Banking, Markets, Credit Risk, Legal, and Operations, you will serve as the lead advisor on complex transactions, delivering innovative solutions that strengthen client relationships and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market penetration, deepen existing client relationships, and drive new business across targeted sectors and geographies.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing advisor, building relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, fintech executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute sophisticated working capital and asset-backed financing solutions, including receivables finance, inventory finance, warehouse lending, borrowing base facilities, contract monetization, prepayments, and securitization-adjacent structures.
  • Partner with Trade Sales and Banking Coverage teams to identify opportunities and deliver customized off-balance-sheet and balance-sheet-efficient financing solutions.
  • Act as "Deal Team Captain" for complex transactions, coordinating Credit, Risk, Legal, Product, Operations, and Banking partners throughout execution.
  • Lead financial and collateral analysis, including cash flow modeling, stress testing, portfolio performance analytics, and underwriting support.
  • Prepare and present transaction recommendations, credit approval materials, and client proposals to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain deep market intelligence on competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, accounting considerations, capital markets trends, and emerging structured finance opportunities.
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to firm risk appetite, governance standards, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks.
  • Collaborate across Payments, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Markets, and other product partners to deliver integrated client solutions.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Strong knowledge of structured receivables finance, inventory finance, warehouse facilities, borrowing base structures, securitizations, and alternative financing solutions.
  • Proven ability to independently source opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, build regional pipelines, and close transactions.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, credit risk, collateral structures, legal documentation, and transaction governance.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering effectively across Credit, Risk, Legal, Product, Operations, Banking Coverage, and Control functions.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience covering multinational corporations, financial institutions, fintech lenders, marketplaces, payment platforms, or embedded finance providers.
  • Strong understanding of collateral performance analytics, securitization structures, and portfolio risk management.
