We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Payments Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the end-to-end implementations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex payment technologies, product vision, and operational execution.
You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant payment solutions—including integration of new payment methods, optimization of existing flows, and migration of legacy infrastructure. The ideal candidate has deep domain expertise in the airline and payments industry, a proven track record of delivery, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities:
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to implement payment solutions and ensure seamless integration
• Assists in the development and implementation of payment processing systems for customers
• Conducts comprehensive assessments of customer payment processes to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities
• Collaborates with software engineers to customize payment solutions according to customer specifications
• Works with customers to ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during the onboarding process
• Assists in the creation of user documentation and training materials for payment system users
• Manages customer relationships and serves as the primary point of contact for payment-related inquiries
• Works on continuous process improvement and automation.
