Payments Consultant (Remote/Hybrid Available)

Your Mission

As a Payments Consultant, your primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with merchants and banking partners. Youll be responsible for driving sales performance by prospecting potential clients through outbound telesales, designing bespoke payment solutions, and negotiating deals that deliver value to both clients and the company.

Youll take ownership of evaluating large-scale business opportunities, ensuring the solutions you provide are tailored to individual client needs and profitable for the organisation. With a focus on the UK market, youll also explore occasional pan-European prospects, adding a global dimension to your role.

Key Competencies

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Telesales, ideally within the payments industry.
  • A track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets over a minimum of two years.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for creating and selling innovative solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build profitable, long-term client relationships.
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for contributing to business growth.
  • Additional language skills are a bonus, but not essential.
