Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the Payments Team and oversee all payment processing functions.
• Manage daily payment operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Support, and Product teams to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Guide and mentor team leads and staff, supporting their growth and maintaining a high-performing work environment.
• Communicate performance updates, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Ensure documentation, procedures, and reporting remain accurate and audit-ready.
  
  

Requirements

• Preferably with a background in the digital finance (FinTech) space.
• Strong leadership and communication skills suited for managing high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Solid understanding of payment operations, financial processes, banking, fintech, or compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze issues and implement effective operational improvements.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
