• 
  Configure and manage routing rules, message formats (MT/MX), user roles, and system parameters across payment systems.
• 
  Maintain system security, including access controls, user permissions, and operational configurations.
• 
  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SWIFT CSP and AML/CTF standards.
• 
  Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of payment platforms.
• 
  Support daily operations related to payment processing, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth system integration and performance.
• 
  Identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, duplicate transactions, and unauthorized access.
• 
  Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or integrations.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 
  Minimum 3+ years of experience in payment systems, banking operations, or financial services.
• 
  Hands‑on experience with: SWIFT Alliance Access / Alliance Gateway / RMA, ACH (National Switch / Local Clearing House), CorPay, SafeWatch, TDR (Reconciliation & Dispute Resolution), PaymentSafe / PaymentGuard (Fraud/Authentication), DDA (duplicate detection).
