About Global Payment
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
- Business Development Assistance: Assist in reviewing payment-related contracts, verifying documentation and data, and supporting compliance-related tasks to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery;
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze payment industry trends, study market changes and emerging technologies, and provide strategic insights for decision-making;
- Market Research: Focus on the Japanese payment market, conducting in-depth industry and competitive landscape research.
