Bits of your job:

• Communicate effectively with customers (when needed) and internal teams
• Handle chargeback cases and support payment-related investigations
• Work with customer payment-related issues, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support KPI analysis and provide insights based on operational data
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Produce daily, weekly, and/or monthly operational and statistical reports
• Perform other related tasks as required

Requirements

Key expectations:

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and business needs
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously develop
• Previous experience in Chargebacks, Payments, Refunds, Accounts Receivable (AR), or similar operational fields is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently while being a strong team player

Compensation: From $600 per month
