As a Payment Product Manager, you will initially join the ‘one card platform’ project, focused on delivering a world-class B2B payment platform. In this phase, you will support with key tasks such as solution designs, stakeholder communication, process documentation, requirement gathering, and testing of new developed features. You will be expected to work within defined deadlines and take ownership of ensuring high-quality deliverables.
The project spans all European business units, meaning you will collaborate across multiple countries and manage processes in parallel. As part of transitioning from several technical solutions into one unified platform, there is a strong focus on standardizing and harmonizing processes to optimize operations and improve the customer journey.
Following the successful completion of the project, you will become part of the Payment Product Manager team, where you will continue to develop and manage payment solutions in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities
Support the development and delivery of the New Card Platform, contributing to a scalable and customer-centric B2B payment product.
Translating business needs into clear product requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, technical teams, and business objectives.
Own and prioritize features and improvements within your area, balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with Workstream Leads and development teams to drive progress, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery.
Participate in and support product testing activities of new functionality.
Contribute to defining and improving end-to-end customer journeys and business processes across European markets.
Develop and maintain product and process documentation, including workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Engage with stakeholders across markets to gather insights, validate solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the product.
Take ownership of selected product areas or sub-deliverables, ensuring quality outcomes within agreed timelines.

Experience in office365 particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Interest in learning about business processes and systems
Ideally previous experience with project, product owner or product manager roles
Workplace conditions
We offer a contract of 12 months with the possibility of a unlimited contract at the end. The position is office based and limited travel may occur.
