Role Description

Payments Processing is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all types of payments including processing of physical cash/valuables, as well as the handling of cash related investigations.

Work includes:

• Processing time-critical transactions on behalf of the bank's internal and external clients
• Ensuring that procedures are properly executed to reduce processing risk and identify potential areas for process improvement whether internally within the bank or for our clients
• Managing relationships between front office and external parties
• Ensuring that all payment-related information and relevant parties are processed according to established Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and industry guidelines. It is also a key enabler of effective delivery of the bank’s HR strategy through the provision of expert knowledge and support on HR policies, prog`rammes, processes, and people strategy and ensures consistent application of HR best practice.

This position support UK region to cover all Employee Life cycle processes. This role is responsible for managing life cycle volumes per year, such as Personal Information change, Entitlement corrections, Leave of Absence requests, Visa and Passport changes, Job changes, Compensation changes, Reports, Correct/Rescind tasks in Workday along with EIB bulk loads.

This role is a very close association with data into Workday which will affect payroll/rewards.

This position is also responsible for managing end-to-end expense booking and invoice processing activities through DB Buyer for the MEA and APAC regions, including the creation and management of approximately 350 Purchase Orders

Your key responsibilities

• Responsibility for the processing end to end Employee Life cycle and Invoicing process.
• Responsibility and accountability for delivering the HR people strategy in support of the overall business strategy.
• Partnering with the HR/Stakeholders of Business to ensure sound people decisions are undertaken.
• Supporting and organizational change and initiatives and work with respective stakeholders
