Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy which includes Identifying data sources, data model designs, defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information

• To define policies, procedures, models, standards and technologies that will be used to collect, organize, store, and retrieve information for the organization

• To support program/projects by providing overall business/technology architecture design and alignment within the bank’s architecture and other programmes.

• To translate high level business transformation strategy into data, application and technical architecture design requirement and its fitness in the existing architecture environment in comply with the group’s enterprise architecture standards.

• To design and develop architecture patterns by identifying common reusable patterns and standardize them across the group and country level for the identified business domain area.

• To work & liaise with various technology and business stakeholders in resolving and escalating issues related with the solution (business & technology) and seek their concurrence and approval as per the established process during the GPLC & SDLC until the solution is deployed.

• To ensure that the designed solution is successfully handed over and understood by the technical project team members and work collaboratively with application teams and end users to ensure technical solution meets customer requirements and leads to user satisfaction.

• To provide feedback and improvements over the standards, methodologies, processes and best practices to the enterprise architecture team to review and update enterprise architecture standards both at the group and country level.

• Keep updated on required industry reading as it pertains to Technology in the financial services industry primarily MAS and ABS.

• AWS Well architected framework

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and preferably majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems.

• Technical certificate on middleware, APIs, ITIL, Professional certification on AWS Cloud are good to have

• Min. 5 years in Application Management

• Cloud experience namely AWS is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem solving experience

• Detail orientated with strong stakeholder and customer focus

• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks to complete within established time frames.

• Good sense in new technologies landscape

• Highly result oriented and can work independently.
