Vipps MobilePay is used by more than 12 million people across the Nordics and has become a default way to pay in everyday life. We connect merchants, consumers, and partners across Norway, Denmark, and Finland, and we are building the infrastructure that will shape how commerce works in the region for years to come.

Behind that scale is a distribution network built on deep partnerships with payment service providers, the companies that bring us to merchants and help us win in eCommerce. We are now looking for a PSP Partner Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team in Oslo and help us grow that network.

What you will be doing

  • Own a portfolio of PSP relationships end to end, tracking performance against clear targets and ensuring new partners go live fast once agreements are in place.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to assess viability and potential impact.
  • Drive the development and execution of partnership strategies with PSPs to deliver revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions and offerings that enhance the value proposition for PSP partners.
  • Lead the negotiation of partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

You will be part of a small team of partner managers covering both PSP distribution and strategic ecosystem partnerships. To succeed, you will need to be just as strong internally as externally, bringing colleagues in product, legal, compliance, and commercial along with you to get things done.

What we are looking for

  • Solid experience from partnerships, business development, or account management in payments, fintech, or a related industry.
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of hitting growth targets through relationships, not just contracts.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving complex collaborations from agreement to execution.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally without needing a perfect process to follow. You will regularly depend on colleagues in legal, compliance, product, and sales to get deals across the line.
  • Fluent in English. Norwegian is a plus.
