This is a full-time on-site role for a Payments network scheme Manager position at Pay CC located in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities for collaboration with network scheme partners, payment processors and acquiring banks, to building strategic partnerships in the payment sector.
Role Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall payments solutions strategy in alignment with the companys business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances with network scheme partners, payment processors and acquiring banks to drive growth in the payments sector.
- Client Engagement: Partner with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions from acquiring perspective.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation in payment solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess solution effectiveness and team efficiency, and optimize the company payment providers towards the solutions required
Qualifications:
- In depth knowledge of the solutions network of the Payment industry, Processors, Acquirers and the network scheme.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the payments industry, with at least 3 years in a role focused on solutions architecture, business development, or delivery in high risk industries (Forex, iGaming)
- Industry Knowledge: understanding of payment processing, merchant acquiring, risk management, APIs, and payment gateways. Familiarity with PSP-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements such as PCI DSS, PSD2, AML, KYC, and other regulations impacting the payments ecosystem.
- Business Acumen: Strong skills in identifying market opportunities, building partnerships, and developing strategies to expand the companys footprint.
- Client-Centric: Strong track record of delivering solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company goals.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapting to evolving market demands.
