Join UT Southwestern Medical Center’s Revenue Cycle team as a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Payment Specialist I.
Work under general supervision, ensuring accuracy of data posted to patient, company, suspended, and pending accounts.
Research and investigate accounts related to payments from patients, insurance companies, government insurance, and other third-party payers.
Support financial operations by indexing correspondence letters and accurately interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
Contribute to smooth financial processes by ensuring timely and accurate payment posting.
Maintain a high standard of customer service while handling financial transactions.

Shift: 8-hour flex schedule, Monday thru Friday. Must begin by 9am each workday.
