The role in detail
We are seeking for a Pay Transparency Consultant to join our HR & Payroll Αdvisory Services team. In this role, you will support clients in implementing pay transparency and pay equity initiatives, ensuring compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive while helping organizations establish fair, transparent, and sustainable reward practices.
Working closely with Payroll, HR, Reward, Legal, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the design and implementation of pay transparency methodologies, compensation analyses, and reporting frameworks that support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Support the delivery of pay transparency and pay equity projects for clients across industries.
Conduct compensation and payroll data analyses to identify pay gaps and support compliance assessments.
Develop pay transparency methodologies, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Reward teams to align compensation practices with legislative requirements.
Support the design of salary structures, job architecture, grading frameworks, and remuneration policies.
Prepare client reports, presentations, and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Monitor developments in the EU Pay Transparency Directive and related local legislation.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and business development initiatives.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Consulting, or Total Rewards.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with payroll and HR data.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools is considered an asset.
Understanding of payroll processes and compensation practices.
Knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
