Job Description

InPost Group is an innovative European out of home deliveries company, revolutionizing the way parcels are delivered to customers. With operations across several countries, our network of intelligent lockers (Paczkomat®) provides customers with a fast, convenient, and secure delivery option. Additionally, we are constantly expanding our service portfolio and introducing new solutions, such as InPost Fresh, Fulfillment, and InPost Pay, making life easier for millions of our customers.

Working at our company means working among the best leaders in an international environment. As InPost Group, we operate under two brands, InPost and Mondial Relay, in the European market, including Poland, France, Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and the Benelux countries. We are innovative, concrete, proactive, and, above all, focused on the business results of our actions.

We want to benefit from diverse cooperation as much as possible. For us, diversity means that our employees and management reflect different genders, nationalities, cultures, generations, ethnic groups, skills, and social backgrounds. Through fairness, we want to fully develop the potential of our talents and provide everyone with the same opportunities. Social inclusion is a complementary requirement to ensure that everyone feels seen and heard.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

In this role, you'll support InPost's compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive — keeping our processes, data, and communications aligned with current regulations.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Responding to employee and institutional inquiries about pay transparency — accurately and within required timelines

  • Supporting HRIS configuration changes to meet Directive requirements (reporting, data flows, employee-facing information)

  • Running regular pay gap reports and analyses to monitor deviations and flag issues early

  • Calculating different types of pay gap indicators in line with local implementing legislation (Art. 14)

  • Preparing training and communication materials for HRBPs, managers, and employees

  • Monitoring legislative updates and keeping internal processes up to date

  • Developing remediation plans and cost estimates when pay gaps are identified

  • Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and HRIS on an ongoing basis

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or financial analysis, comfortable working with large datasets (50,000+ rows)

  • 2+ years in Compensation & Benefits

  • Good command of Excel — pivot tables, large dataset analysis, basic regression

  • Ability to present data clearly in PowerPoint, tailored to different audiences

  • Attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive compensation data

  • English at B2 level or above

  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with TETA HRIS or similar HR systems

  • Knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive

  • Experience with predictive modelling

Additional Information

Why join us?

  • Stable, full-time employment within InPost Group — a European logistics leader

  • Work on a high-priority regulatory topic that matters across the entire organization

  • Hybrid working model (Warsaw or Cracow)

  • Company benefits

  • Training budget and development support
