Paving Construction Helper
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the paving crew by preparing work sites, laying asphalt, and operating basic equipment.
Transport and handle materials such as asphalt, gravel, and tools.
Help with the setup, maintenance, and operation of paving machinery.
Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Work alongside skilled laborers to ensure efficient project completion.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of onsite paving or paving construction experience
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Work safely at all times, always keeping in mind the safety of yourself and others.
Salary: We offer a salary of $27.00 / hour
Benefits: Health care plan
Job Type: Full-time permanent, we guarantee a minimum of 32 hours per week.
Language: At least intermediate oral English proficiency is required.
