Sprayer Drivers | Spray Seal Supervisors | Spreader Drivers | Ground Crew / Roller Operators

FIFO from Perth or Residential – Karratha, WA

CORPS has been delivering quality civil construction projects across the Pilbara for over 40 years. As our spray seal division continues to grow, we're looking for experienced, safety-focused people to join our high-performing Pavement Services team.

Whether you're an experienced Spray Seal Supervisor leading crews or a skilled operator looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

We are currently recruiting:

• Spray Seal Supervisors
• Bitumen Sprayer Drivers
• Aggregate Spreader Drivers
• Ground Crew / General Hands
• Roller Operators with spray seal experience

About the Role

Working on a variety of road construction and maintenance projects throughout the Pilbara, you'll be part of a professional crew delivering high-quality spray seal works while maintaining the highest standards of safety, teamwork and workmanship.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking people who have:

• Previous spray seal experience in a similar role
• A strong commitment to safety and quality
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Current HR or MC licence (preferred for driving roles)
• Relevant plant operating experience and licences/tickets for your position
• Roller operating experience (for Ground Crew/General Hand applicants)
