We are currently seeking Pavement Maintenance Technicians to join our team
What You’ll Do:
- Perform line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, and power washing
- Assist in site prep: sweeping, cleaning, marking surfaces
- Operate and maintain small equipment like sprayers and stripers
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service on-site
- Travel to job sites, sometimes working evenings or weekends
What You Bring:
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Experience with small engines or painting equipment is a bonus
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
