We specialize in line striping, asphalt maintenance, power washing, and specialty coatings. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pavement Maintenance Technician to support field operations and deliver high-quality project execution. This role supports the Operations Manager in completing projects safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
· Field Operations:o Operate and maintain equipment for line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, power washing, and epoxy coatingso Assist with job site setup, preparation, and cleanupo Deliver high-quality workmanship on all tasks· Project Support:o Assist Operations Manager in planning and executing daily worko Follow project scope and instructions to ensure quality and efficiency· Safety and Compliance:o Maintain safe and organized job siteso Follow all company safety procedureso Assist with accident and injury reporting as needed· Communication:o Provide daily updates on job progresso Communicate issues or delays promptlyo Work collaboratively with team members· General Responsibilities:o Participate in team routines (SCRUM/SWARZ or daily check-ins)o Perform additional tasks as requiredo Represent the company professionally on job sites
Qualifications:· Experience in pavement maintenance or construction preferred but not required· Strong work ethic and reliability· Ability to perform physically demanding work· Willingness to learn and follow direction· Valid driver’s license preferred

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
