Our US Partner is a luxury bridal fashion brand renowned for its elegant, romantic designs that blend timeless sophistication with a modern twist. Specializing in customizable wedding gowns, the collection features
distinctive elements such as detachable necklines, intricate beading, and innovative corsetry for a flawless fit.

We are looking for a Pattern Maker to join our team. These individuals will play a key role in the development and execution of our bridal collections, working closely with designers, seamstresses, and production teams to ensure the highest standards of fit, construction, and craftsmanship.

This is a full-time role, on a Morning Shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with designers to interpret sketches and develop precise garment patterns
• Create patterns in alignment with the brands standard fit, construction techniques, and quality expectations
• Lead the sewing and cutting teams in producing accurate muslins and dress samples, ensuring consistency and excellence from pattern to finished sample
• Adjust and refine patterns based on designer feedback and results from garment fittings
• Utilize garment technology tools to enhance fit and execute custom pattern modifications as needed
• Partner with the production manager to ensure pattern development aligns with project timelines and production schedules

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sewing and pattern making, preferably in high-end or bridal fashion
• Proficient in using slopers to create accurate and production-ready patterns for various garment styles
• Skilled in both hand stitching and machine sewing, with a keen eye for precision and craftsmanship
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards from initial pattern through final sample
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with designers, sewing teams, and production staff
