About the role
We are seeking a Patron Communications Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Sitting within the Customer Experience team, this role is the operational heartbeat of how we communicate with millions of patrons across the Australian Open and other major events.
This is not a marketing or promotional role - it's about making sure every patron has the information they need to get the most out of their day. From the moment a ticket is purchased to the final point of the tournament, you'll own the communications that help patrons navigate their experience: from ticketing info to what's on and everything in between.
