Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our parking operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll lead a team of enforcement professionals, coordinate daily field activities, and help maintain the high service standards our clients and customers rely on. Your work will have a direct impact on operational performance, customer satisfaction, and contractual compliance across our portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of patrol and enforcement staff
• Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage
• Optimize patrol routes and enforcement activities
• Oversee customer complaint resolution and service recovery
• Coordinate activities with external collections agencies
• Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics
• Manage fleet operations and vehicle maintenance requirements
• Administer and monitor the work order management system
• Ensure locations meet operational, safety, and contractual standards

What You'll Bring

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Valid provincial driver's licence with a clean driving abstract

Preferred Qualifications

• Postsecondary education or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience managing field operations, parking, security, enforcement, or similar service-based teams
• Passion for coaching, employee development, and continuous improvement
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service
• Flexible availability to support operational requirements
