Patio Workers are important members of the Star Nursery team. In addition to providing outstanding customer service, our Patio Workers are positioned among the plants and are responsible for unloading,watering,merchandising and general plant upkeep along with providing quality control & a clean/ safe workplace & shopping experience for our customers.

Job Description

• Follows operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete /on-time service
• Follows policies in the areas of operations techniques, materials usage & safety
• Plant Maintenance: Watering, Pruning & Cleaning Plants
• Loading and unloading plant material
• Product quality control
• Stocking / labeling
• Product moves & re-organization
• Store upkeep
• Performs other related duties as assigned
