Essex Meadows is recruiting for a hospitality focused Patio Cleaner/Janitor to join our team! This is a seasonal day position (May-September), Monday- Friday, up to 40 hours per week. Duties include the following:

Pay: $18.00/hr.

1. Cleans the outside siding surrounding the immediate area of the porch.
2. Cleans the railings outlining the porch.
3. Cleans the screens that enclose the porch.
4. Cleans the glass on both sides of the porch doors.
5. Sweeps and cleans the wood flooring on the porch.
6. Vacuums the carpet.
7. Cleans the track of the screen.
8. Cleans the patio furniture upon request and applies block time charge.
9. Maintains equipment and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
10. Accomplishes all tasks in order of priority.
11. Reports to the Director all complaints.
12. Participates in programs educating and orientating employees to the systems and procedures relating to the housekeeping operations, including life safety drills as scheduled.
13. Follows safety guidelines when performing tasks.
14. Maintains privacy of Residents in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
