Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage patient data into the designated system(s).
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of patient records and care activities.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Six (6) months to 1 year of experience handling healthcare information
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize work and stay centered and constructive in the midst of rapid change, and to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively as a self-directed leader of multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and systemically, while also attending to details effectively.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Desire to work with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
