Patient Support Program Manager BBU - CDMX

Nuestro PSP Manager / Gerente de Programa de Soporte a Pacienteslidera el diseño, implementación y seguimiento de programas enfocados en mejorar la experiencia del paciente, promover el apego al tratamiento en enfermedades crónicas y facilitar el acceso a medicamentos y servicios de acompañamiento.

Será responsable de desarrollar e implementar programas de apoyo a pacientes tanto en el sector privadocomo en el sector público, asegurando que respondan a necesidades no cubiertas y generen valor para pacientes y para el negocio.

También será responsable de diseñar e implementar iniciativas de valor agregadoorientadas a mejorar la asequibilidad de los tratamientos en el segmento privado, así como de asegurar que las tácticas propuestas se ejecuten correctamente para facilitar el acceso a medicamentos y el acompañamiento durante el tratamiento.

La posición tendrá un rol clave en la gestión de proveedoresvinculados al programa, incluyendo servicios como Call Center, CRM, monitores y educadoras en campo, centros de infusión y aseguradoras, garantizando altos estándares de servicio y seguimiento efectivo de indicadores de desempeño.

Requerimientos Mandatorios:

• Licenciatura concluidaen un campo relevante como marketing, ciencias económicas, ciencias de la saludo áreas afines.
• Conocimientos de marketingy su aplicación a diversos sectores.
• Experiencia previa en programas de pacientes (+3 años de experiencia)
