If so, we invite you to join our Cardiometabolic Marketing - Patient Support team in Canada as a Patient Support Manager - Digital Patient Engagement, where you’ll elevate the patient journey by enhancing digital touchpoints, optimizing online enrolment experiences, and delivering engaging tools and platforms that empower patients through their treatment. You’ll also leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve digital engagement and ensure every interaction adds value for patients.

The position

As a Patient Support Manager - Digital Patient Engagement at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Lead the design and optimization of digital patient engagement across PSP platforms, including patient journey mapping, online enrolment, and digital content and tools, to deliver a seamless, patient-centered experience.
  • Oversee patient intake processes to ensure clear communication and proper documentation of consent, supporting a transparent and patient-centered onboarding experience.
  • Ensure alignment between front-end digital tools and back-end systems by partnering with vendors to enable accurate data capture and smooth information flow across platforms.
  • Establish and monitor website analytics and engagement metrics to measure impact and refine digital engagement initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to deliver patient-centric digital solutions that meet regulatory standards, while promoting innovation and supporting smooth adoption of new approaches.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and contracts for digital platforms to deliver high-quality services aligned with program standards.
  • Maintain compliance with Health Canada regulations, PAAB/IMC standards, and internal policies for patient-facing digital content and tools, ensuring quality and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in patient support programs, digital marketing, or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing patient- or consumer-facing digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/CX principles and digital engagement best practices.
  • Experience with website analytics and using data to improve engagement initiatives
  • Excellent project management and vendor management skills; comfortable working with technology partners to ensure platform functionality and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Canadian pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., Health Canada, PAAB, IMC).
