Applications will only be considered if you can clearly demonstrate:

✅ Experience within a high-volume contact centre or customer service environment.

✅ Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions whilst maintaining excellent service standards.

✅ Strong computer literacy and confidence working across multiple systems simultaneously.

✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills.

✅ The ability to accurately record information whilst speaking with customers.

✅ Experience working to targets, KPIs or service level agreements.

✅ Resilience and professionalism when dealing with challenging or vulnerable customers.

✅ Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00 and participate in the weekend rota.

✅ A strong attendance record and commitment to reliability.
