Answers incoming phone calls and directs calls, makes appointments, performs cashier duties as directed by the Practice Manager to include posting of charges, collection of co-payments/co-insurance and balances due. Follows process for release of medical information and FMLA/disability forms completion as requested.

Essential Functions:
Prepares paperwork necessary for thepatientvisit.
Answers incoming phone calls and directs calls, makes appointments, performs Cashier duties as directed including posting of charges,
Collection of co-payments/co-insurance and balances due.
Follows the process for release of medical information and FMLA/disabilityformscompletion asrequested
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of insurance
Epic/EMR background a plus
Medical terminology
Qualifications:
High school graduate and/or associate or bachelor's degree
Prefer minimum of one year experience inmedicalclinic setting.
