Full-time, 80 hours/pay period
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Will rotate working at various clinic locations.
This position is responsible for appropriately scheduling patients (in-person or by phone) who are in need of diagnostic services, outpatient clinic services, surgical/procedure scheduling or interpreter services in a manner which corresponds to the satisfaction of the customer and in accordance with the healthcare facility’s scheduling requirements. This position will serve as a resource to providers and customers in coordinating internal and external appointments, testing, referrals and related needs. This position works with clinic personnel, patients, other medical facilities, and insurance companies to ensure that quality health care is provided in an efficient manner. This position works under the direction of Manager of Patient Services.

Benefits & Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $18.25-$25.55, initial pay based on relevant work experience.
Our clinic environment offers primarily daytime, weekday schedules, helping employees maintain consistency in their daily routines. All employees scheduled 60-80 hours per pay period are eligible for full benefits.
