The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) is the first contact representative for the Women and Infants Service Line. The PCS meets and greets all visitors and families, needs good interpersonal communication skills, customer service skills and phone etiquette. The PCS projects a positive, willing to help attitude at all times, communicates regularly with nursing staff, relaying phone calls and messages in a timely manner; and knows when to call the Charge Nurse or UAMS Police to address complicated guest situations and does so in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED plus one (1) year of administrative experience.
Ability to follow oral instructions
Ability to read and write
Basic Computer Skills
