Scheduling patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner. Working through EPIC/EMR systems Requirements REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma/ GED 1+ years of relevant experience within a healthcare setting EPIC experience OnBase experience (heavily preferred) Customer Service experience Must be computer savvy
