As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. You'll work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and fellow team members to ensure every patient receives exceptional care and service from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments following clinic guidelines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and staff
• Collect and maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information
• Support daily clinic operations and perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous medical office experience preferred

Work Environment

• Comfortable, climate-controlled office setting
• Primarily sedentary role with occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs)
• Regular use of computers and standard office equipment

The salary range listed is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, education, and/or skill level.
