
The Patient Service Representative works in a fast-paced environment that works closely with the public and clinical teams to ensure accurate registration and care of patients. Collects insurance information, payments, patient demographic details, and assist patients in wayfinding.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.
Shift: Working 30-40 hours a week (optional). Variable shifts- Day's, and PM’s, working rotating weekends and holidays. This position will primarily work in the Emergency Room, Urgent Care and Outpatient Registration areas.
There is a shift differential of 10% for PM shifts
