Tuesday: 11:00AM - 5:00PM
Wednesday: 9:00AM - 7:00PM
Thursday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
Saturday & Sunday: Off
Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
Schedule appointments and support clinic operations
Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork
Collect payments and answer patient questions
Keep the office organized and running smoothly
$20/hr
Full-time, stable hours
No nights or weekends
Friday afternoons off every week
Entry-level friendly
Open to customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and recent college graduates
Work in a modern, state-of-the-art therapy center with PT, OT, and aquatic therapy services

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, PA.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
