Position: Patient Service Representative
Location: King of Prussia, PA 19406
Days 9:00 AM–5:30 PM,
Evenings 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, or
Nights 11:30 PM–7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $26/hour
We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide patient-facing administrative and customer service support in a healthcare setting. The role requires good communication, basic computer knowledge, and a professional approach when assisting patients.
Provide customer service and administrative support to patients and others.
Communicate clearly and professionally during patient interactions.
Use computer systems for routine administrative tasks.
Assist with day-to-day activities within the Care-Administrative department.
Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling multiple tasks.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience.
Practical knowledge of computers.
3+ years of related healthcare, registration, physician billing, medical records, or medical office experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
