Join GenesisCare Peninsula Private Hospital as a Patient Services Officer (Medical Administration) and make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
In our radiation oncology department, you’ll help support patients throughout their cancer treatment journey and be a part of a caring team that puts patients first every single day.

This is a permanent part-time role (5 days per fortnight), ideal if you’re looking for flexibility while building experience in a patient-focused setting.
More specifically, you will:
Provide clerical support to help the radiation oncology department run smoothly each day
Book, update and confirm patient appointments for consultations and treatment
Process payments and assist with billing and receipting
Accurately enter and update patient information in clinical and administrative systems
Scan, file and organise patient and treatment documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with privacy requirements
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with patient and billing enquiries
Support both clinical and administrative teams with day-to-day tasks
Stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
We’re looking for someone who has:
A caring and patient-focused approach
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and organisational skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
Administration or clerical experience (helpful but not essential)
A professional and friendly phone manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
