Patient Service Associate (PSA) - Duke Urgent Care Holly Springs

Duke Urgent Care Holly Springs provides convenient, high-quality walk-in medical care for patients of all ages with non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Located within the Duke Health Holly Springs campus, the clinic offers same-day treatment for conditions such as respiratory infections, flu symptoms, minor injuries, sprains, cuts, and other acute health concerns. Services include on-site diagnostic testing, X-rays, vaccinations, and routine physicals, helping patients receive timely care when their primary care provider is unavailable. The department is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting Duke Health's mission of excellence, innovation, and community health.

Hours: 8am – 8pmm Monday through Sunday
What you will do:
As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the clinic. This includes clinic preparation, verifying patient identification, managing check-in and check-out processes, posting charges, handling cash transactions, and scheduling patient appointments. Additional duties include delivering exceptional customer service, managing message distribution, coordinating ancillary service scheduling and preparation, and processing patient referrals.
