Job Description

As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure clinics operational readiness
• Register patients and book appointments accordingly
• Perform cashiering duties, attend to and manage patients enquiries
• Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents
• Assist clinic/nurse manager in administrative duties
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum with GCE O Levels qualification or equivalent.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed.
• Prior experience in hospitality or service industries will be an advantage.
• Monday to Friday-Earliest shift: 8.30am to 6pm / Latest shift: 10:30am to 7:00pm (sometimes until 8:00pm)
Every month, need to work 1 Saturday half day, based on roster. (8am to 12pm)
