Patient Scheduler - LeadFacilitates and manages provider schedules to maximize customer service, patient access, provider productivity, and overall business operations. Completes the pre-registration process, including using practice management software to capture accurate patient demographics. Makes referrals for financial counseling and/or physician referrals, authorizations, or certifications. Serves as the lead scheduler for the department.
Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma/GED andone (1) year of patientscheduling experience.
