You’ll begin as a Front Office Coordinator – the warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique. From greeting patients to managing appointments and ensuring each visit runs smoothly, you’ll help create a memorable and seamless experience for every client.

But this role goes beyond the front desk.

If you have a natural ability to build trust, communicate with confidence, and help people take the next step, you’ll transition into a Patient Sales Consultant – guiding clients through their smile journey with care and clarity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
• “Check in” and “check out” clients while managing appointment schedules
• Handle phone enquiries and complete admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Create a calm, confident environment that puts patients at ease
• Coordinate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Lead tailored consultations to support patients through their decision-making journey
• Build trust and rapport with clients while presenting treatment options
• Manage treatment plans, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication

About You

• You might come from hospitality, healthcare, dental, high-end retail, or sales – but you bring a premium customer service mindset to everything you do
• You’re confident, warm, and thrive in high-touch, people-focused roles
• You’re organised, detail-oriented, and love creating structure and calm in busy environments
• You’re ambitious, emotionally intelligent, and eager to grow into a role with more responsibility and impact
• You’re motivated by helping people and delivering meaningful results
