POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Patient Representative – Front Desk & DME Support
Status: Full-time, year-round; Benefits eligible
Classification: Non-Exempt - Hourly
Location: This is a unique opportunity to be based full-time in Aspen, CO. This position qualifies for Employee Housing via APCHA. Housing is not guaranteed and based on availability. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 hours
Pay Range: The entry pay range for this position is $22.00/hour - 25.00/hour and is dependent on experience. Entry pay may increase from this base rate based on health care or applicable customer service or health care experience.

The Patient Representative role offers a unique opportunity to join the Aspen Clinic Team in a dynamic, multifunctional position that supports both front desk patient operations and Medical Technician/Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services. This cross-trained role is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop skills across multiple areas of clinic operations. The Patient Representative is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for patients from the moment they arrive. Core responsibilities include greeting patients, completing administrative tasks related to patient check-in and processing, and maintaining a clean and inviting reception area. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues at all levels. Because this Aspen-based position is cross-functional, the Patient Representative is expected to flex into other areas as needed, including providing support to Medical Technician and DME operations. This unique opportunity allows the successful candidate to gain broad exposure to clinic workflows while playing an essential role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and patient-centered operations.
