Maybe you've sold wellness programs, memberships, aesthetics, healthcare services, fitness programs, consumer health products, or another high-trust service. You know that great sales isn't about pushing someone into a decision. It's about asking the right questions, understanding their needs, building confidence, and helping them see the value of taking the next step.

At NIVA Health, we're looking for a Patient Relations & Sales Partner who can do exactly that.

This is a patient-facing growth role at the intersection of healthcare, wellness, relationship-building and sales. You'll work directly with patients, helping them navigate NIVA's wellness services while creating meaningful opportunities for enrollment, retention and continued engagement.

You'll have clear performance goals, but you'll also have the opportunity to build genuine relationships and make a visible impact on the growth of the clinic.

Your Mission

Turn great patient conversations into meaningful growth.

You'll be one of the key people connecting patients with the wellness programs and services that may support their goals.

That means understanding the person in front of you, identifying opportunities, following through, and making sure patients don't fall through the cracks.

You'll own the relationship from the initial conversation through enrollment and ongoing engagement, working closely with providers and clinic leadership along the way.

What You'll Own

• Patient Growth: Build relationships that turn conversations into consultations, enrollments and long-term patient relationships.
• Sales & Conversion: Guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and confidently navigate questions, hesitation and objections.
• Follow-Up: Own your follow-up pipeline and make sure opportunities are consistently and thoughtfully pursued.
• Patient Retention: Stay connected with patients and identify opportunities to support continued engagement and repeat participation.
• Revenue Growth: Contribute directly to clinic growth through new enrollments, reactivation, referrals and additional service participation.
• Patient Experience: Make every interaction feel personal, professional and aligned with the elevated experience NIVA Health aims to provide.
• Service Knowledge: Become highly knowledgeable about NIVA's wellness offerings so you can confidently educate patients and connect their goals with appropriate services.
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with providers, clinic staff and leadership to create a seamless patient journey.
• Growth Initiatives: Support the launch and adoption of new wellness services, programs and campaigns.

• You enjoy working toward measurable goals and are motivated by performance
• You're highly organized and don't need someone constantly reminding you to follow up

Important Details

• Full-time, on-site clinic position
• Rotating schedule may include occasional Saturdays, depending on clinic operating hours
• This is a non-clinical role
• All medical recommendations, diagnoses and treatment plans are determined by licensed healthcare providers
